Rajahpravartini Vati

Rajahpravartini vati is a Kharaleeya rasa which is extensively used in all types of Stree Rogas. It is a one of the herbo-mineral Ayurvedic formulation, which is mainly indicated in Kashtarthava and Nashtarthava.

Rajahpravartini Vati is helpful in treating amenorrhoea, oligomenorrhoea, and dysmenorrhoea associated with light menstruation or scanty bleeding.

Properties: Ushna, Kapha-Vata Hara, pitta kara.

Net Weight: 500mg

Dosage: 1 tablet twice or thrice a day or as directed by the physician.

Action:

• • • Hingu has Shoolahara (colic pain reliever) and Vatanulomana property which helps in normalising the function of Apanavata, which is main causative factor of Kashtartava
    • Hingu has Anti spasmodic  action , relieves Lower Abdominal spasms, major cause of Abdominal colic in Dysmenorrhea  and may probably suppress the secretion of Progesterone hormone.
    • Rajahpravartini Vati suppresses progesterone hormone and helps in regularizing the ovulatory and menstrual cycles.
    • Emmanogogue action of Kanyasara in Rajahpravartini Vati helps in stimulating the menstrual cycle and normalizes the flow in scanty menstruation.
    • Aloevera restored oestrus cyclicity, glucose sensitivity, and steroidogenic activity in PCOD.
    • Aloevera also reduces the severity of pain , bleeding in Dysmenorrhea
    • Kasisa in Rajahpravartini Vati elevates Haemoglobin percentage levels in the blood thus helpful in managing anemia due to menorrhagia.
