Actions of Rhumaa Care Gel:

• • • Gandhapurataila of Rhumaacare gel has methyl salicylate glycosides and natural salicylate in it which exert anti- inflammatory activity by inhibiting pro-inflammatory cytokines (TNF-alpha and IL-1beta), NO and ROS production.
    • Naturally occurring Methyl salicylate of Rhumaacare gel is an effective agonist for transient receptor potential vanillod subtype 1 (TRPV1), which is involved in sensory nerve nociceptive signalling.
    • Thymol of Rhumaacare gel reduces pro-inflammatory cytokines, interleukin 1 beta and inactivates calcium channels functioning and thus triggers the corresponding reduction of elastase. These actions of Thymol help control inflammatory processes.
    • Menthol in Rhumaa care gel does inhibition of sodium channels, dilation of blood vessels and block neural calcium channels, increase local blood-flow, desensitization of sensory nerves and thus relieve pain.
    • Camphor of Rhumaa care gel acts as topical analgesic due to high concentration of essential oil and thus effective in treating minor aches and musculoskeletal pains through stimulating TRPM8.
