Mehaant is for freedom from complications of diabetes.

Diabetes is medical condition of increased levels of glucose in the blood stream that results from the lack of hormone called insulin, either the body is unable to recognise, pick-up insulin or the lack of production of insulin from pancreas.

The levels of the glucose in the body are controlled by the combined action of hormones, the chemicals which send messages between the cells. So, insulin (hormone) communicates with cells to take-up the glucose from the blood to utilize and the excess glucose is stored as glycogen as an energy reservoir but if the excess again is left in blood stream, then the person is diabetic.
