Arshowin mainly targets ano-rectal diseases like, piles, fissure, fistula.

Piles are vascular structures in the anal region. In their normal state, they are cushions that help with stool control. They become a disease when swollen and inflamed. The signs and symptoms of piles depend on the type present. Internal piles often result as painless, bright red anal bleeding when defecating. External piles often result in pain and swelling in the area of the anus.

Anal fissures are tears in the lining of the anus. Anal fissures are caused by prolonged constipation, hard stools, diarrhoea, poor cleaning habits, overly tight sphincter muscles around the anus, constantly straining to pass bowel movements. If acute they are painful after defecation, but with chronic fissures, pain intensity often reduces.

Anal Fistula, is an abnormal connection between anal canal and skin near the anus. Fistulas can result from an infection or inflammation, injury or surgery, basically is a complication of untreated and poorly managed abscess. Symptoms of fistulas can include pain, tenderness, itching, and generally feeling poorly and drain pus or a foul-smelling discharge.
