As per Ayurvedic reference Mahatiktaka ghrita is useful in treating Amlapitta, RaktaPitta, Vata rakta, Kushta, Visarpa, Kushta, Asrigdhara

• • • Ellagic acid forms insoluble complexes with zinc or magnesium ions, accelerates intrinsic coagulation pathway by enhancing the Fibrin formation, thus effective in controlling bleeding disorders.
    • Tannins protects endothelium layer of blood vessels to prevent and treat any capillary bleeding through enhanced production of Nitric Oxide and PGI2 .
    • Phyllanthus extract efficiently heals gastric mucosal injury by reducing TNF-α and IL-1β levels and enhancing anti-inflammatory cytokine (IL-10) concentration.
    • Glycirrhiza extracts elevate mucus secretion, thus increasing the life span of gastric mucosa and Anti Pepsin activity leads to Ulcer healing
