Balatailam 21 Avartita, a Polyherbal formulation of Sesame oil base, is used to treat Arthritis, Respiratory disorders (Asthma, Cough), Seizures, Emaciation, and Neurodegenerative disorders.

In Ayurvedic references, it is mainly indicated in Vatavyadhi, Swasa, Kasa, Jwara, Kshatakshaya, and Murcha.

Action of Balatailam 21 avarti capsule:

• • • Taraxasterol, and Neolupeolin BalaTaila exert Anti-inflammatory and Antiarthritic activities. Neolupenol inhibits Oedema in Joint inflammation.
    • Linalool, and Spathulenol, significantly inhibit anti-cholinesterase activity, in the management of neurodegenerative ailments.
    • Quercitin, and Kaempferol in Balataila significantly decrease degenerating Neuronal cells in the Hippocampus, and Substantia Nigra in the Brain which exhibit Neuroprotective effects, especially in Cerebrovascular Strokes and other Neurodegenerative disorders.
    • BalaTaila provides Nine essential amino acids in the proportion required for protein synthesis, thus restores, and enhances Muscle mass in Wasting disorders.
    • Vasinone and Vasicine act as bronchodilators and relieve dyspnoea and cough caused due to Bronchospasm.
    • Glycyrrhizin in Balataila reduces OVA-specific IgE levels and decreases the IgE-stimulating cytokines and thus reduces lung inflammation and mucous production.
